10 Metres in 10 Weeks
Ten more metres off the tee. On the 1st and the 18th. Without throwing your back out to get there.

Anyone can chase distance for a week. The point here is you hit it further, you hit it the same on the back 9 as the front, and your body can actually take the load without breaking down. Ten weeks, six systems, built for all three at once.
The Power Transfer Blueprint
Where the extra speed actually comes from. Built to turn strength into clubhead speed, not just add muscle for the sake of it.
The Full Turn Method
Most men lose distance before the club even moves, because their body can't get into position. This gets your rotation back so the power you build has somewhere to go, and takes the load off your back and hips while it does.
The 18-Hole Fuel Formula
Built so you're playing the same golf on 18 as you were on the first tee, not fading on the back 9.
The Round-Ready Stack
What goes into your body on round day, kept simple, so your energy holds and you're not thinking about it.
The Pre-Shot Reset Matrix
A few minutes a day so you're not walking onto the first tee already wound up from work.
The Clutch Composure Method
What you do standing over the ball, so pressure works for you instead of against you.
Six systems, one target. Ten more metres in ten weeks, that hold up all day and don't cost you your back.

Ten metres is the target, not a promise, some men get more, and it depends on doing the work. It's based on a systematic review of resistance training studies in golfers, which found combined strength and power training added around 5.2% to driving distance on average (Uthoff et al., 2021). On a 200-metre drive, that's roughly ten metres.
Ten weeks is enough to feel the difference. It's not enough to fix everything.
If your body's been quietly working against you for longer than that, tight hips, energy that never quite recovers, a game that's slipping instead of building, that's what The Long Game is for. It's the 12-month version of this, built around your full health picture, not just your swing, bloods, movement screening and a proper plan behind every phase.
Most men who finish this programme move straight into it.
It starts with a Golf Performance Assessment, a short call to see if this is the right fit.
